REFERENCE → GENERATE → VERIFY
Same product.
New worlds.
A controlled image-production study built around one commercial question: can a real physical product move across new environments and placements without losing the details that make it itself?

THE BRIEF
Change the scene.
Not the product.
The reference contains several fidelity anchors: a white quilted top, dark diamond-quilted side, segmented upper piping, two vertical support straps, a central brand patch, a specification label and a precise edge profile. Those features became acceptance criteria rather than loose visual inspiration.
- 01 Preserve geometry, construction and visible labels.
- 02 Rebuild only environment, light and camera language.
- 03 Reject attractive outputs when product evidence drifts.
- 04 Validate the final family at web, social and mobile crops.
SOURCE OF TRUTH
One locked
reference.
The official product image is treated as a control asset. The prompt names the visual invariants explicitly, so selection is based on a repeatable checklist rather than on whether an image simply feels good.

ITERATION & CONTROL
A beautiful image
can still be wrong.
The first pass created a convincing room, but product details needed a stricter second pass. The correction reasserted the reference hierarchy, label placement, side construction, corner geometry and contact light.

REUSABLE PROMPT SYSTEM
Prompting as
production design.
“Treat the supplied product as the locked source of truth. Preserve its silhouette, height, quilting, side construction, piping, straps, labels, colors and scale. Change only the environment and motivated light. The product must remain auditable at final crop size; reject label drift, changed geometry, invented features and obvious composite edges.”
Each new format changes only scene, camera and atmosphere. The invariant block, avoid list and QA gates remain reusable across the family.
MULTI-FORMAT FAMILY
One system.
Three placements.
Art direction changes with context, but the product remains the visual anchor. The family covers a conversion page, paid-social placement and a mobile-first crop without relying on a single master image.

VISUAL QA
A result is ready
when it passes.
Final approval happens at 100% and at placement size. If exact legal, label or construction fidelity is business-critical, the product layer is locked and finished through a non-generative Photoshop composite.
Self-initiated speculative study created for portfolio and recruitment purposes. Not commissioned by, affiliated with or endorsed by Puffy. The official product image is shown solely as the reference used to demonstrate an AI-assisted art-direction and fidelity-control workflow.
